I had a 42" x 90" x 3/4" slab fabricated for a 3"x66" oval undermount tub (no seams). The fabricator installed rods on the underside of the Carrera to strengthen it. However, something from the rods has leached up to the topside of the Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) and (http://maplered.com) created bright white stains directly above where the rods are embedded. When he delivered it he thought the Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) needed to just dry out since it had just been fabricated. However, 10 days later the lines are still there. The fabricator is at a loss to explain how this could have happened. Can any explain what went wrong and (http://maplered.com) if it is fixable?
